There is a blockage in the drain pipe - unlikely
The drain pump has failed - possible
The control board is not asking the drain pump to work - doubtful but possible
Food debris is preventing the pump impeller from turning - most likely & easiest to correct
You can often reach the pump's impeller from the inside at the lowest point of the sump - just remove one Torx screw and lift of the cover. Use tweezers to remove the collected crud. The impeller should rotate freely but with a bit of magnetic resistance.
