Ford Focus 2005: Indicator won't work after cold start?

Focus 1.6 diesel 2005. Right indicators fail to work at all after cold start for about 15 minutes. No clicks from flasher unit. Left OK. During this time hazards work OK and locking/unlocking flash all indicators OK. After car is warmed up right indicators work perfectly and reliably - until next cold start! Any ideas?
