E-system crashed on sat 7th nov 2009. Once ive clicked on my user name laptop goes as far as screensaver but no start menu or desktop icons appear but error message reads:
Application failed to start because WININET.dll was not found. Re-installing may fix this?

WHAT DO I DO TO FIX THIS ?? HELP!!
