You are in the tumble dryer section... However that said, draining problems invariably point to blocked, clogged, or pump/drain hoses. Take a peek in the sump for possible culprits, sticky labels, food debris etc. A small piece of broken glass in the pump impellor is enough to cause a big problem. It may be necessary to remove & inspect the pump for damage/blockage.
