It washes ok. When drying there is plenty of heat - but clothes not drying.
If the condenser is blocked- where is it situated and how do I check?
I've opened the vent at the front and it's clear.
It's 2 yrs old and no previous problems.

Any help would be great.

I've taken the lid off and there is no clear tank to see - unless its way down the right hand side which I can't see.
I tipped it up on it's side and tried to get access from the bottom but all I can see at the right hand side is the pump collecting container.
I disconnected the tubes to this and they're all clear too.
Any other ideas how to identify the condenser?

remove the lid and from the front it is a clear plastic tank down the right hand side under the blower fan motor.if this blocks with fluff (which they do!) you need to clean it out.removing the blower fan and motor will give you limitted access to unblock it.
