Hi, we have veritas alarm and have installed a new siren box outside and a new battery. The alarm is working but the strobe doesnt work. We have been told it is because when we removed the battery the system has lost its memory hence the strobe doesnt work!
Can anyone please help us, I have user manual but need installation manual or help.#
