just got a new dishwasher.all ok except after the door tension cables have been backed off FULLY the door still has the closing power of a medieval catapult not even a tray full of dishes is heavy enough to hold it down.it is a candy integrated dishwasher model CD1012.
Go back to the shop you bought it from. Only they can help you as it will be under warranty. Play around with it yourself & they will cancel any warranty you got.
