Electrolux 3way fridge/freezer (fridge not cooling)?

Our Electrolux 3 way has packed a sad...the freezer is working fine but the fridge is not cooling? (not sure what model freezer is on top but think about 180cube).. the finns were dripping and it got mouldy. door seals are good... any suggestions please.?
