On the website www.cipher.maths.soton.ac.uk my computer hasn't updated anything on the Forum posts for 4 or 5 days now. I have a Windows 2000 M.E. (Millenium Edition) and it's really old but it doesn't normally do this to one particular website. Please help!

You have Windows 2000 or Windows ME? There is no such thing as Windows 2000 ME. Windows ME was a version of Windows 98, successor of Windows 95 that replaced Windows 3.1. A home product. Windows 2000 was the successor of Windows NT 4. A professional product.

It may be that there was no updates during those days, it can appens.

Try reloading the page while holding the shift key down. If that don't work, clear your internet cache and try again.
