I dont use my amstrad telephone for email, I use my laptop. is there anyway i can cancell the email collection service (20ppd). I could use the £6 pm) for better things.Thanks
Send an email to everyone likely to send emails to it saying that you will not be using it in 28 days time and giving them the email ID that you use on the Laptop. After 28 days unplug and recycle it.
You only get charged because it dials out every day. If you unplug it, it can't do that.
