How can I fix my Zanussi ZWF1632W?

2 of 3 drum paddles have detached from inside the drum, and retaining tabs are broken. Does replacement require dismantling the drum?

you might not have to dismantle the drum but some do come with a locking bolt and these will require the drum to be removed or drilled and plugged
