The fluff filter in these is very good provided that its pushed down FIRMLY. It doesn't look as if it needs pushing down firmly, but if you don't then a lot of fluff actually get round the side of the filter.

Fluff build up between filter and internal reservoir. You need someone to take it apart a bit and clean out all the fluff as it's blocking drain path.
