BT Synergy 2110 - No dial tone?

Hello,

I got a Synergy from e-bay it came with no instructions, i downloaded one from google. When it came to trying to call someone there was no dial tone. Tried re-connecting everything nothing seems to work. I have noticed a few other have this same problem, any solutions please contact.

Hi,
Yes the symptom is that of the phone and the base unit are not in sync with each other. You need to reset both the phone and handset. If you have the manual downloaded it explains in there how to do this.
