Kitchenaid Superba washer 17-cycle/agitator slipping?

My agitator is slipping in my washer. It is about 10 years old. I am assuming some plastic or nylon piece is worn out and needs to be replaced. Does anyone know what piece or pieces will need to be replaced and what is the procedure?
