I recently had this code (A13) come up on our dishwasher
It seems the problem with our dishwasher was a blue wire
Off at the back of the powder dispenser.
MAKE SHURE DISHWASHER IS UNPLUGED
I removed the 4 star screws at the top inside of the dish washer
Then very carefully pulled the front forward reconnected the the
Blue wire make sure, the other wire is connected as well
Then put the front back on and pronto it worked
I hope this helps someone……..

Hi

AO2 Error

The Error relates to the thermostat control . located thunderneath the drum of the Machine. The thermostat has to be touching the drum. This problem can start as the machine is in transit as it works loose. it needs to be wedged up to the drum.
