Zanussi Jet System 1600 fills but wont wash!!?

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? My Zanussi Jet System 1600 fills but wont wash. I have to skip the programme to the spin cycle to drain the water out and start again, but each time it just fills then stops. No error code showing.
