my 04 panda 1.2 dynamic wont start?

when putting ignition on it makes lots of clicking noises and all the warning symbols come on.but wont turn over

Have the battery checked,if it has been in for a few years it will probably be naff,cold weather kills old battery's and you use them more anyway (lights/heater/wipers)if you haven't messed with anything suspect the batt first,the clicking noise is the solenoid trying to engage but hasn't got the WHOOMFF.
