Havent got a clue about your kneading blade(sorry)but
i myself is looking/searching for a manuel for this breadbaker.Bought it on a garagesale without manual.
Its probably made in German since my display comes in this languithe.Will be happy if you can scan and e-mail
me for the manual.Hope my bad spelling havent scared you.
