worcester 28cd1 EXCESS PRESSURE?

Yesterday we fitted a new radiator to a closed system (non vented), but now the pressure reads up to 3 bar when the boiler sis running.
previuosly its max operating level was not up to 2.
Any thoughts or advice, please?

thanks guys. we didn't add an extra one: just replaced an old one that was leaking along a weld.

but if the pressure is ok up to 3 bar then my pal will be happy i am sure! perhaps he should still bleed a bit off water off?

I fail to see why the addition of just one extra radiator is creating extra water expansion equivalent to 1bar extra pressure (It's a good job you didn't fit 3 extra radiators)!
It is more than likely the system got overpressurised in the first place. Bleed some water off via a rad. vent screw and get the pressure back to 1.8-2.0 bar.
Are you sure the filling tube valve is not letting mains pressure build up in the system?

if the pressure doesnt go above 3bar when hot thats fine .the extra pressure will be because of extra water expansion in the new rad
