How do I mend choppy video playback?

I am using movielink. The playback is choppy. Do you have any suggestions?

upgrade your video card drivers. download most up to date drivers and install , then uninstall drivers start control panel system device manager video card properties uninstall. then reboot. When windows installs video drivers will use new ones. hope this helps.
