r reg fiat punto heater blowing cold all the time . water level fine engine coolingfan working but no hot air coming in car . someone told me the heater has a filter if so where is it

it might be your heating matrix. this just happened to me. it's an easy enough job if you have the right tools! you need to take the dash off completely and just unhook the old one, replace with the new one and put your dash back on. took me about 2 hours and it's working fine now

not a filter just a change over valve that lets the hot water from the block into the heater matrix ,this is controlled by the heater Hot/Cold lever,THE VALVE COULD BE SEIZED ,or the connection on the cable come loose, check the rear of the bulk head on the heater pipes while someone works the lever slowly.
the system will need draining to change the valve.
