the thermal cutout on our tumble dryer keeps on tripping its a fitted unit and needs to be pulled out each time to press the button .have renewed the switch and claened everything to no avail its a model apm 8620 diplomat

Where is the button? Mine says we have one but we can't pull out the dryar as jammed in.I can get my hand round teh back but do we have to take off the silver panel on the back. The instructions say that it is back right - is that as you look at the appliance and is it at the top, middle or bottom?
