Drum bearing on Hotpoint Aquarius wf100, how to???

I am attemting the change the bearings on my washing machine, its a bigger job than i realised. I have stripped the machine down and managed to get the drum out of the machine.

Has anyone any tips how to get the bearings out ?

I am going to add a link on here to show you pictures of the back of the drum where it shows the bearings, which bit do i knock to get the bearings out?

Any tips or advice much appreciated, thanks
