Oil Blow back through Oil filler? Vauxal Vectra?

Engine lacks power and service light comes on, a lot of back pressure on the Oil filler cap.

could be blocked breather pipes or worn piston rings. has it got a bad misfire? if so do a compression check. may be do a compression check anyway!
