Engine misses on 92 Chevy Lumnia 3.1 Engine?

My Lumina runs great except when I get up to 30 mph and at 55 mph the engine starts to miss. What can I do to fix this problem

Sounds like a secondary ingnition problem usually solved by replacing the plugs and and fresh set of plug wires
3.1 engines are great engines other then this problem ..
