Hi for a few weeks now my clothes are drying realy well but its not collecting any water,there is no moist air and the floor has no water,so its not leaking either.I have checked/cleaned the bottom tray and have also checked the pipes at the back leading to the tray.Can anyone tell me why its not collecting and water as the tray at the top is dry.
