I have an 03 vauxhall vivaro with 76k, the hazard lights keep turning themselves on. It started when I double lock the van using the fob, then I would unlock it and they would stop. Now they just go on and off at random. And even with the engine running the other day, luckily I was still on the drive way. I now disconnect the battery when its parked at home, as it does my head in.

remove the 10 amp fuse for the instrument panel this will stop them going of but you will have to lock the vehical locks by hand,hope this helps.

Try changing the hazards relay or the switch wont cost much thats usually wat causes this fault
