the belt that drives the drum is (probably) broken,- if the motor is turning, but the drum isn't, that's the problem. unplug it before you take the back off to look!!! it's a relativley cheap repair to do. Hope you haven't run out of pants waiting for an answer...........take careful note of the machine type before buying a new part.
