ge triton xl dishwasher won't pump water out?

dishwasher is six years old and today it won't pump water out. I've taken off the spray arm and checked the screen below it and did find some debris but ran it on rinse and water is still there. any solution?

Ralph did you ever find out what was wrong with your dishwasher? I have the exact same one and the problem just started on my. It too is 6yrs old.
