my fellowes shredder stopped working. switch unresponsive.
so i wrote to this website for help about 10 minutes ago. then, while checking out the serial number inside--after i laid the unit on the floor, having already removed the basket, i saw a little switch to the right, up near the blades. i moved the switch from one side to the other, plugged in the unit again, replaced the basket--and the on/off switch that wasn't responsive worked and i shredded a sheet of paper!! will it last? i don't know, but at least it seems to be working.
