Tricity Bendix CDW086 soap dispenser not working?

I have a Tricity Bendix CDW086 - the soap dispenser has stopped working. Is it likely to be the actual dispenser that's faulty, or could it be the programme controller? Any ideas how to fix it, please?

could be a faulty dispencer solenoid.Unless you do pre wash programs you might as well put the tablet on the big filter plate in the base of the dishwasher.same result.zero cost!
