Is there any hope for my Citroen diesel after floods?

Water got into the engine of my Citroen Ax diesel and caused it to seize. Is there any way it can be revived?

Hydraulic lock will almost definitely have caused bent conrod(s) and twisted the crank.
Quicker and cheaper to stick another engine in it, if the car's worth it.

may not be siezed-its possibly "hydraulic lock in cylinder, if it is you may be able to turn engine anti-clockwise if it does then you will need to remove air filter and make sure water is removed from air intake, then i would remove injectors or heater plugs and turn over engine to displace water in bores, re fit injectors/plugs check oil level [will eventually need oil and filter change] and now see if it will turn over on starter TAKE CARE IF USING STARTER TO EXPELL WATER FROM BORES AS IT COMES OUT WITH GREAT FORCE!!!!!!!exhaust system will also be full of water and may also need draining. could drill small hole in lowest part of silencer and put a screw in when drained!
