Ho do I stop a loud ticking noise?

My Servis fridge-freezer is working but there is a coninuous ticking noise (this stops sometinmes when opening the fridge door). This seems to come from near the top of the fridge. What is it and how can I stop it?

Has it got a little fan on the top or the back wall,if it has it may be catching on the cover,I would first check that the fridge is sitting on a level floor.
