i have a samsung american fridge freezer and the freezer is suck at minus16?

i have a fridge freezer samsung american style and the fridge is working properly but the freezer has stuck at minus 16 it did touch minus 17 for a while i have set the thermostat to minus 22 any help would be helpfull
