I set my oven to 325*---after preheat I put in 2 cookie sheets, side by side--there was no air flow around them (didn't think anything about that at the time)--in 5 mins. smoke was coming out of oven and cookies were burnt black--I have temp gauge in there & it read a little OVER 550*----what the hell??!!!

Please help---I have 20 people coming for Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow!!!
