did you work it out, i had the same problem a couple weeks ago. As you pull the drawer out lift it upwards and be firm when continue to pull it out. I felt as though i was almost forcing mine, at the time concerned but really needed to clean it, so gave it a really firm pull (in the upward position). My fabric conditioner was not getting through small holes (clogged). Hope this helps. Good Luck.
