The numbered temperature disc around the dial on our Neff oven is not corresponding with the actual dial. i.e.It is rotating freely so that I don't know what temperature I'm cooking at. Any ideas how to fix it would be greatly appreciated I'm loathed to pay call out etc for what I imagine to be a pretty simple job.
