I can`t get my dvd rom drive to work. In "my computer" you can`t see it. In device manager you can see it but it has an exclamation mark(!) in yellow. Thought it was faulty so replaced with new. Still not working. When i start the laptop up a small pop-up box says "unable to load configuration"??? I`ve tried restoring to factory settings. Please help
