when i turn on my rear windscreen wiper it blows the fuses to all the wipers,whats causing this problem?

Sounds like a broken wire shorting. The wires flex every time the hatch is opened and in time they can break. Alternatively a connection could have come loose, or be bent, and be shorting direct to earth (the car body).
