Recharge problem Greenstar 30 cdi?

Hi, When the boiler was fitted I was told I could leave the recharge key in the boiler to save having to fit and remove it to repressurise the system. I have however not needed to repressurise until now. I tried to do it today with the key in the locked position but water came out of the central part of the key. I may have over turned the key? Is this possible? I also do not seem to be able to remove the key when in the unlocked position, it appears to be stuck, could it be broken? Any advice greatfully received. I have a week old baby so do not want the heating to fail.

go on the worcester/bosch web site look for your model then look for how to refill/repressurise system ,Turning the tap you are turning only opens the supply tap BUT does not fill the system, there is another tap to OPEN hence do the search and see the instructions and location of the bits you need to twiddle .
(I've been there and had a look good instructions and pictures)

As the saying gos a picture(s) paints a thousand words

they do tend to leak when u turn them just slightly but doesnt continue and it may b locked into position while u fill it so it doesnt drop out while u r filling up the boiler which could cause more damage so everything working as it should
