I have a 2002 citroen Berlingo multispace that has lost its shredded fan belt, i have replacement which is exactly same length but cannot fit it as it is too tight a squeeze, am i missing something simple but crucial?
the jockey pulley is the spring loaded tensioner, a bolt head is set in this (about 19mm) use a ring key to ease this back when you have the belt routed.
