How can I fix my Hotpoint TC71 Tumble dryer?

The drum in my Hotpoint tumble dryer will no longer turn, I have stripped the machine down to see the motor and when you try to start it, the machine just makes a humming noise the drum tries to turn and then stops.

Please can anybody help??
