ive got a trinton t80 i it will not get hot?

trinton t80i will not get hot unless i turn up to full then it is only warm

This is likely to be either a failure of the cycling thermostat (in the outlet pipe from the heater tank) or a failure of one of the heating element sections.
Need to be checked out by an electrician to diagnose.
