i wouldnt bother touching the oil it wil be ok but the fuel is a definate one for draining ,there are two pipes from the vacuum tap on the fuel tank that go to the carb one is a fuel pipe the other is a vaccum pipe pull the vaccum pipe and the fuel pipe off the carb remember the places they came from and you will have to suck on the vaccum pipe to get the fuel to flow from the tank i usually suck and then clamp the hose with a hose clamp or a pair of mole grips gently to hold the vaccum in the pipe ,the vaccum pipe is the one that goes on the very bottom of the fuel tap.ok good luck with that.
