Uniwell NX 5400-F - How to remove features off Z1 print out?

Hi, I need help figuring out how to remove the time stamp and the Z1 count stamp ( at the very bottom where it shows you the numerical order in which it was printed out on, ex. Feb 21 would be Z1- 2322 and Feb 22 would be Z1- 2323. I cannot find the programming guide for this model anywhere. If someone would be able to help me out with this it would be greatly appreciated. 1. To reset all totals ,
2. Key to SP - 9891 x .
3. Print to say all sales clear.
