My brother in law had the same problem last year, take fridge out and turn it upside down it remixes the gases, leave it like this for a few hours then turn back right way up again leave for an hour to settle then try it. This seems a bit odd i know but it can work unless your thermostas as broke in the fridge compartment. His as been ok ever since!!
