How can I fix my ford 3930 tractor?

How can I fix the brake seal (rubber boot on the rear end of tractor), that cracks and leaks every few months for no reason that I know of?

Without knowing any more info I would only make sure that the oil you're using is compatible with the rubber in the seal. Sounds like it is being detiorated by the oil
