Hello,
It sounds like a bad motor. If your motor needs help to start and then buzzes and shuts off again. Later on it will run for a short time only to shut off again on the motors overload. If you haven't already, you can dissasemble the dryer to make sure there is nothing in the motors way to prevent it from running freely, such as lint blocking the blower wheel. Remove the belt from the motor pulley and see if the motor runs like that. If not, it may be time for a motor.
