The oven grill works but not the actual oven. The temp light is always on. Is it the element of thermostat?

It will most likely be the element. I also have a Neff B1920, and the element has failed twice (so far). I am just about to replace it for the second time. It is a reasonably easy DIY job to replace it.

The original parts (Neff/AEG) are very expensive. My intention is to source a new element on EBay.
