I have a beko 68w condenser dryer and everytime i turn it on the drum spins several times then stops. A green light flashes (water tank full) even tho the water container is empty. Does anyone have any ideas to help me out?

I have a DRVS62W. On this I had to press and hold the start button while turning on not the cancel. Hope this helps.

Turn drier to delicates, turn off drier, hold buzzer cancel while turning on power for 10 secs or until all lights flash. Press start button to cycle thru dry program so lights move downwards then upwards. Turn off power, select the required setting and start. The unit is now reset. If the lights didn't flash you didn't enter service mode correctly.
